why aren’t there yearly driving tests people have to take & pass?

Currently live in AZ and there’s a bunch of crazy drivers. Wondering how people pass their driver’s test. Some people should not be driving. Sorry for the rant everyone.

Would would it fix? Most people know how to drive correctly, they just choose not to

Yeah you’re right. I havent had issues with people on the road until I moved to AZ and now I get anxiety driving here since people drive so reckless here which im sure it is like that in other states as well
